ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

The AGM was held at Christ Church on May 10th 2010. This was well attended and the business part of the meeting was followed by a talk given by Shirley Woodman about her voluntary work as a National Trust Warden at Malham.

Please note that the colour of the new Membership Cards has been altered. Please, therefore, remember to take the new Card with you, if you are visiting Swillington Nurseries and requesting the usual 10% discount, and so avoid any embarrassment.

MRS PAWSON'S PROVISION SHOP

Please visit the Shop in the Stable Courtyard. It is now open, throughout the week, (except Monday). It has on sale, speciality local foods and wines, in a wide variety.

TAKE ONE & WIN PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION 2010.

The Competition is being held by the Friends of Temple Newsam Park
and is open to anyone.

The Period for submitting entries will be from 1st June 2010
until 31st August, 2010, but images can have been taken at any time.

Judging of the entries, by independent and qualified people, will take
place during September, 2010.

There will be three age groups based on age at 31st August 2010
