Airline Customer Service Agents

In 2010-11 we will continue to offer support for a wide range of Awarding Body Airline/Airport Customer/Passenger Service Agent programmes which proved very successful for colleges and schools in 2009-10 including NCFE, OCR, C&G, EAL, Ascentis  and EDEXCEL.

Just ask us for our support to provide a range of practical activities at our two Centres to cover all key learning outcomes, we also produce a wide range of support and learning materials for these programmes.

In 2010-11 we will continue to offer the Ascentis  programmes at both Level 1 and Level 2 with a different syllabus with a bespoke package, Level 2 is QCA approved and has secure LSC funding for 96/97 students LSC Code: 10043342  and the Level 1 will remain as at present outside the NQF/QCF [Qualifications & Credit Framework] but fully fundable (all colleges received funding in 2009-10) as Enrichment Entitlement for 96 students and Code 98 Other for 97 students, LSC Code: 00237678 for 2009-10.

For 2010-11 we introduced Learning and Tutor Materials  as a package for the NCFE Airline Passenger Service Agent Level 2 qualification including an Observation and Assessment Day at our Airline & Airport Practical Activity Centre.
