Welcome to our website and the exciting world of airline and airport programmes . . .  We are very proud of our long standing reputation with airlines, airports, Connexions, NEET Providers, Colleges, Schools and other Educational Institutions as well as our learners as a caring, knowledgable and customer-focussed specialist aviation educational charitable organisation. Additionally we continue to be a name trusted and respected in aviation worldwide and our aim is to support all organisations dedicated to providing first class airline & airport programmes which progress learners towards relevant employment within the aviation industry with relevant and nationally recognised UK qualifications. All our programmes are designed to have educational merit and purpose leading to nationally recognised externally accredited certification and are open to all sections of the public and via various agencies can be accessed by those in most need and/or disadvantaged and funded by Government aid schemes where necessary for those in financial hardship. From 27.3.2009. as all our activities are of a charitable educational nature, we have formed the J.A.R.E. Airline Training Partnership Educational Charitable Trust with a Board of Trustees (see below for Trustee details) - our aim: “To advance the education of the public in the subjects of Airline, Airport & Aviation Studies and related industries”. For the new 2009-10 session we start our 20th year of successful aviation education and we hope that you will find everything you need on our website to embark on the exciting world of airline and airport vocational training and recruitment whether you are a NEET provider, Connexions Personal Adviser, College or School seeking to help your students or an individual wishing to start a new career. For 2009-10 we continue to offer a range of specialist educational Airline & Airport Educational Services, our very popular Airline & Airport Practical Activity Sessions, support for a wide of National Awarding Body Airline, Airport, Travel, Tourism, Leisure, Hospitality and Public Services programmes via our Educational Charitable Trust. For other services of a non-charitable nature our separate trading company J.A.R.E. Airline Training Partnership Educational Charitable Trust we are distinctive inasmuch as we offer a unique service for those most in need via:-   Q Aviation Programmes for NEET - we offer a wide range of over 30 Airline & Airport related externally accredited options - for learners who are Not In Education, Employment and Training through a range of Government funded schemes, as well as for Adults seeking to re-engage in education and future employment Our Educational Charitable Trust is primarily to help those individuals most in need of help with Education in an aviation context - through Connexions and other similar facilitators we offer NEET and other Skills for Life options to help those whose education was interrupted or was incomplete Q Realistic Aviation Environments for Airline & Airport Careers - our unique Airline & Airport Training Centre close to Birmingham International Airport offers training, assessment and support to a wide range of airline & airport programmes; many NEET Providers and Educational institutions use our expetise  for their learners - adjacent is our very popular Airline & Airport Practical Activity Centre with a range of over 40 different aviation practical activities. Q Continuing Personal & Professional Development CPD - to help Tutors and Teachers for Aviation, Travel, Tourism & related Studies we offer in the 2009-10 session a range of SIX Short CPD options which are externally accredited by The CPD Certification Service and worth 10 hours of CPD per option - please see our separate section on CPD If your NEET/Adult learners, college, school or university offers Air Cabin Crew, Airline Customer Service Agents, Aviation First Aid, Airline & Airport or Travel, Tourism, Leisure, Hospitality or Public Services programmes then you MUST make a visit to our Centre in 2009-10 - you will be giving your learners an experience of a lifetime which will significantly enhance their programme(s). Indeed any programmes offering options for preparation for employment, progression, basic skills and re-engagement in education in most areas would benefit from the aviation expertise we can offer. Our Centres use genuine aircraft, aircraft sections and aircraft, airline & airport equipment and include special Sound, Lighting and Special Effects to enhance the realism of each activity and they have been rated by ALL learners as the most realistic and varied that they have used and learners have thoroughly enjoyed their time with us, learned a great deal and found the experience very useful. As a confidence booster there is no comparable facility in the UK to build up and engage learner involvement, awareness, esteem and skills in an aviation context. WHATEVER programmes, expertise and support you currently enjoy we can help you and your NEET learners, college or school to expand your provision even further with whatever range of programmes you currently offer. At J.A.R.E. Airline Training Partnership we are an established Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assurance ISO 9001:2000 registered charitable provider – a recent LRQA inspection and detailed report concluded that with JARE ATP – “Significant thought and intellect has been applied to facilitate the delivery of quality training . . . very impressive indeed”  - high praise indeed and a level of excellence we continually strive to improve on everyday with all our learners, NEET providers, college and educational partners and a high standard you can rely on EVERYTIME.

Interior of our two-class Mock-up Cabin We have a range of mock-up cabins, aircraft, aircraft sections and realistic work environments to recreate over 40 different aviation practical options. Therefore a range of learners can learn skills from the basics through to more advanced levels and we can support learner's from Entry Levels and progression upwards to Levels 1-3 and through to undergraduate level.

One of our Airport Check-in Desks Although we support a wide range of airline options we have for a number of years acknowledged how important the Airport side of aviation operations are and therefore we have devised a wide range of Airport activities including a unique check-in and boarding system. This adds a further dimension of realism to the ground operations role - a wide range of Key Skills, Skills for Life and Functionality Skills can be taught using the unique Airport environments we have created. Additionally interpersonal & team work skills can be developed successfully to help learners gain confidence, especially with practical skills.

Exterior of part of our mock-up cabin We have over 7,500 square feet of aviation space where we have created a wide range of realistic work based environments to encourage a range of learners from 14 years upwards, with a range of abilities, to learn the range of skills required in aviation in a supportive manner. All these skills are very transferable to a range of other related travel, tourism, hospitality and leisure industries where the unique aviation training, education and skills can be learned in our support and encouraging environment by experts in their aviation field.

If you are a Connexions Personal Adviser for NEET learners or a Provider of NEET programmes or Other Adult programmes seeking to help learners to re-enter education and/or employment we offer "introductory visits" as well as Taster days for those learners most in need of help and advice. Apart from viewing our website pages we also offer free "introductory visits" to our Centre so that other providers, colleges and schools, can visit us to show them how we can help with supporting a wide range of aviation, travel , tourism and other related industry options. We also have a free introductory DVD to show a range of our aviation options being used by learners all keen learn new skills in an aviation context - please ask us to send you a free copy.
